POST NATAL YOGA & BABY MASSAGE
From 6 week check up (or as appropriate) up to babies crawling
- A great way to tone up & bond with your new baby
- Meet & share with new mums in a supportive non judgemental friendly atmosphere
- No previous yoga experience required
- You can do as little or as much as you feel comfortable with
Post natal Yoga Part (The babies are with us)
- Very gentle yoga, working to realign the pelvis & bringing awareness & toning the pelvic floor & abdominal area
- Gentle chest opening exercises
- Reconnecting with our bodies & relaxing
Baby Massage part
- Often an intimate bonding experience
- Boosts confidence, understanding & responding to your baby
- Help sooth your baby & aids with colic, wind & constipation
- Improves sensory awareness & coordination
- Helps dispel anxiety & trauma, helpful if your pregnancy or labour were difficult.
Being a mum is challenging & one of the biggest changes and transformation we encounter in our lives.
It can also give us the most joy & meaning to life.
Herbal Tea, biscuits & a chat afterwards. (often babies fall asleep afterwards)
