General Yoga

These classes are suitable for all. They contain breathing, relaxation, and postures. Postures can be adapted to suit the individual.  

I sometimes use light hands on correction, if you feel this is inappropriate for you please let me know prior to starting the class

It you have any serious aliments then please check with your doctor that it ok to practise yoga & make me aware of these prior to starting the class. The Gentle yoga class maybe more suitable to start with.

On your first session come along and try, See how your body feels afterwards, there is no commitment.
