Just Breathing & Relaxation
The Focus of these sessions is learning how to:
- Breathe correctly, clearing out the lungs fully & using various breathing techniques
- Fully relax & de-stress.
Recommended for people who have:
- Trouble sleeping
- Ailments in which a movement class would not be suitable or are in recovery from an illness
- Low energy levels
- Suffer from Stress or anxiety
- Are trying to give up smoking
- Anyone who just wishes to feel calmer & blissful.
The sessions are 20-30 min
