People are all shapes, size, age & gender,  from the young athletic to the more senior with aliments. All are welcome to the friendly classes with no judgement.  

I run various different sessions from beginner to intermediate,  so take a look for a class that suits you. 

Alternatively if you require something more  specialist or unique a 1:2:1 session would be more beneficial
